Living Healthy

Well, starting from Saturday started going to the gym with my girlfriend from 7:00am-9:30am, which means we have to sleep early and wake up early. We found out that it feels really nice, not waking up early, but working out because you have this nice fresh energy! But so far we did it one day 7:00am and one day 1:00pm, this is our forth day so we went at 1:00pm.

This is a lifestyle you choose, it's not a spur of the moment kind of thing, you start this you better do this for the rest of your life if you want to achieve your goals. This also helps with staying very healthy, producing the required amount of energy and other scientific rubbish you get when you live healthy. I cant wait to see the results after a month passes, it's tiring of course, but you'll get used to it but HEY! who can argue with ending up looking hot?
